Eastern Flowers — Unfinished Verdict

Eastern Flowers — Unfinished Verdict

A new set of personal illustrations from my Eastern Flowers series.

In this series, I am exploring an Eastern fantasy world through the rhythm, movement, and visual spirit of ink painting, while still keeping the structure and finish of a narrative illustration.

These three pieces are fragments from the same imagined story:

A white divine beast is led into a mortal procession.
A fallen prince meets an innocent noble girl beneath the palace flowers.
A black chrysanthemum burns before the statue of a god, like an unread verdict.

Flowers in this world are not only beautiful things.
They remember, recognize, guide, and judge.

I wanted this series to feel like a mythic record left unfinished — something between a court tale, a divine omen, and a piece of history no one has fully understood yet.
